about us

Flow of Love is a community-driven organization dedicated to empowering girls in rural areas through period education, access to sanitary products and mentorship. Founded in September 2023, our mission is to break the barriers of menstrual stigma, ensuring that no girl misses out on opportunities due to a lack of essential hygiene products or misinformation about her own body. Many girls in rural communities struggle to afford sanitary products, and widespread stigma prevents open conversations about menstrual health. This silence leads to shame, school absenteeism, and health risks. At Flow of Love, we believe that education and access are the keys to change. By providing menstrual health education, distributing sanitary products, and offering mentorship, we work towards a future where menstruation is understood, accepted, and supported. We are committed to create a world where every girl can manage her period with dignity and confidence.

Our Mission

Our Vision

To create a world where every girl is empowered to manage their menstrual health with dignity and confidence and understands menstrual health as a normal part of life free from stigma
